Burness Paull Reaccredited as Menopause Friendly Workplace
Burness Paull has made history once again by becoming the first employer in Scotland to be reaccredited as Menopause Friendly. This prestigious recognition highlights the firm’s ongoing commitment to supporting colleagues experiencing menopause in the workplace.

In the years following their initial accreditation, Burness Paull has expanded their resources to better support those impacted by menopause and peri-menopause. This includes offering signposting, reasonable adjustments, and occupational health referrals.

She highlighted the firm’s tailored and practical program of support, which has significantly improved the working lives of those benefitting from it.
Emma Smith, inclusion and wellbeing manager at Burness Paull, emphasized the firm’s commitment to promoting a workplace culture where everyone can succeed. She noted that their work on menopause is now embedded into their everyday efforts to support all colleagues and ensure they can perform at their best.
This recent reaccreditation follows Burness Paull’s win for Best Diversity and Inclusion Initiative at the s1 Jobs Recruitment Awards 2024. The firm is also shortlisted for awards in the Support and Wellbeing, Excellence in Diversity and Inclusion, and Diversity and Inclusion Champion categories at upcoming industry events.
