Expansion of ECF Partnership Doubles in Size to £400m with Two Major Deals

The £36m Eden office development in Salford has received a significant boost with a £100m injection of equity from partners Homes England, Legal & General, and Muse. The English Cities Fund (ECF), formerly known as the English Cities Fund, was established in 2001 with an initial investment of £100m to support regeneration projects in cities like Salford, Liverpool, London, and Plymouth.
