The Seoul Central District Court denied their injunction and subsequent appeal, leading to a lawsuit filed by Attrakt seeking 13 billion won ($9.9 million) against the singers and their “supporters.”

Despite the legal challenges, Fifty Fifty is now gearing up for their comeback with a rebranded lineup that includes Keena and four new members chosen through closed auditions. The group’s agency, Attrakt, has expressed their commitment to raising the quality of Fifty Fifty’s music and performance before their official return in September.
