BTO Hosts Virtual Webinar for Law Students: Ask a Trainee!
BTO to Host Virtual Q&A Session for Law Students on Traineeship Experience
BTO, a leading law firm, has announced that it will be hosting a webinar as part of its “Working with You” initiative for trainees. The firm aims to provide law students with valuable insights into the traineeship experience through a live Q&A session with four of its trainees who have recently accepted full-time jobs with the firm.
The panel, consisting of trainees with experience in various departments within BTO, will share their experiences and answer questions from law students about the traineeship process, support, and how to make the most of the experience. Regan Wallace, a dispute resolution trainee at BTO, praised the firm’s support for trainees and the opportunities for personal and professional development.
David Gibson, BTO chairman, emphasized the firm’s commitment to nurturing future talent and providing a beneficial and enjoyable traineeship experience. The Q&A session aims to help students who are about to embark on their legal careers and may have no prior experience working in a law firm.
The panel will include trainees from different departments, such as dispute resolution, property & real estate, family law, and wills, estates & succession planning. The webinar will take place via Microsoft Teams on Thursday, July 27, from 13:00 to 13:45.
Law students interested in attending the event can register through Eventbrite. This webinar presents a unique opportunity for students to gain valuable insights and advice from soon-to-be qualified lawyers at BTO.
