New Arbitration Bill to Enhance Legal Dispute Resolution in London and Boost UK Economy

Catherine Dixon, CEO of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, expressed her delight that the majority of their recommendations were adopted in the Law Commission’s report and subsequently in the bill. She highlighted the importance of arbitration to the UK and globally, as the Arbitration Act forms the basis of legislation in many other jurisdictions.
