Reform Campaigner Caught on Camera Saying Channel Migrants Should be Used as ‘Target Practice’

The Reform UK campaign has come under fire after a campaigner was caught on camera making shocking remarks about migrants crossing the Channel. In footage captured by a Channel 4 undercover reporter, the campaigner suggested that migrants should be used as “target practice”. The same campaigner also used a racial slur against Rishi Sunak, while another Reform figure was filmed making homophobic remarks.

The incident took place in Clacton, where Reform leader Nigel Farage is a candidate. In response to the footage, Mr. Farage condemned the comments as “very wrong” and stated that the individuals involved would no longer be working with the campaign.

In the footage, canvasser Andrew Parker was recorded suggesting that young recruits with guns should be sent to the beach to shoot migrants coming ashore. Mr. Parker later clarified that his views on immigration were not known to Nigel Farage or the Reform Party, and that his comments were his own personal views.

Another Reform figure was filmed reacting negatively to a Pride symbol on a passing police car, referring to it as a “degenerate flag”. The incident has sparked outrage and raised concerns about the attitudes within the Reform UK campaign.

The other candidates for the Clacton constituency include representatives from Labour, the Lib Dems, the Climate Party, independent candidates, the Greens, the Heritage Party, UKIP, and the Conservatives. The incident has brought attention to the importance of respectful and inclusive discourse in political campaigns.
